Terms of Refunds : Conditions for Returns – In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The office furniture was purchased in the last 7 days (strictly)
- 20% fee on New Furniture & 15% fee on Secondhand Furniture refunds
- Full payment on invoicing required on all orders before delivery. All refund claims must be done within 7 days of purchase.
